4 D-Ball Bear Hug Squats, pick load
D-Ball Bear Hug Carry, 20 yd

WOD:

5 rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Hang Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs

Power clean, 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 mins of:
3 Power Cleans, 185/125 lbs
6 Feet Elevated Ring Rows
9 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
