Barbell classes

Barbell Class is provided for athletes looking to accelerate their knowledge and technique in the Olympic and power lifts. Barbell will help athletes with proper bar paths and body position in order to increase efficiency, power output, and safety regarding barbell movements. Long story short, more gains; all the gains.
