New Species Crossfit
New Species CrossFit Gymnastics class is an hour-long session perfecting the foundation and execution of gymnastics movements. Each session begins with positional strength and development, which is applied to movements varying in difficulty, from pull-ups to muscle ups, rope climbs to handstands, rolls to cartwheels. Athletes will improve body awareness and learn to identify scaling options beneficial for skill development, and workout modifications. Accessory work will round out the session to promote strength, stability, and prevent injury. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and encouraged to join!
