New Species CrossFit Kids
New Species CrossFit Kids is a fitness program for youths of all ability levels and backgrounds. No matter what your child’s goal is, whether it’s making the basketball team or simply improving body awareness and coordination – they’ll get a unique, stimulating workout while simultaneously developing discipline and learning that hard work pays off.
At New Species CrossFit Kids, our goal is for your kid to leave every class feeling confident and accomplished. We help your child build a positive association with exercise and a healthy lifestyle through fun, challenging group workouts.
CrossFit Kids workouts include scalable movements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobics in ever-varying combinations to prepare your child for the vigor of everyday life, and make them competitive in any additional athletic endeavors.
CrossFit Kids classes are divided into two age groups: Kids ages 5-10 and Teens ages 11-17. The Kids class focuses on fun, learning, and group cooperation, and are 30-45 minutes long. Whereas the Teens class shifts toward a focus on performance with an introduction to intensity, and are 45-60 minutes long.
$50 for 5-session punch cards.

CF Kids Coach Jason has been an avid soccer player his whole life, he is the father of two Little Lady Dragons (5 years old & <1 year old), and he is one of those “crazy 5:30am Crossfit’ers”. He believes we as parents, coaches, and community are the key to our Little Dragons falling in love with CrossFit and living a healthy lifestyle!
