WOD:

Teams of 2 with one athlete working at a time:

As many reps as possible in 40 minutes:

800m burden run, 20lb/14lb medball (run together, 1 athlete carrying, switch as often as desired)

400 medball walking lunges 20/14 lbs

200 kettlebell swings 1.5/1 pood

100 tandem medball sit-ups 20/14lbs, (pass medball at top of sit-up)
