1 four cone suicide drill

WOD:

Four 3 minute rounds, with 1 minute rest between:

5 American KB swing, 2/1.5 pood

7 Deficit push-up, 4/2 inches

9 air squats

Post loads and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
