Strength:

Clean and Jerk, 2-2-2-2-2

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

8 alternating dumbbell snatches, 70/50lbs, (push out of your comfort zone on weight, but keep it pretty)

16 alternating pistols

1 rope climb, (scale up to legless; scale down to half climbs or 15 second holds on rope)

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.
