Speed: 

12 minute AMRAP in teams of no more than 5 athletes:

Backpedal sled drag, 25yards, sled +135/90 lbs

WOD*:

In teams of 2 with one athlete working at a time, transitioning immediately from one movement to the next:

 5 minute Calorie row

5 minutes of Push press, 115/75lbs

5 minutes of medball slams, 50/40 lbs

Post team name and total of reps/cals accumulated by team to beyond the whiteboard and the actual whiteboard.
