5 strongman bag/stone cleans, (150/125/100/70lbs) 

40yard sandbag/stone carry, (out and back)

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 push jerks, 155/105lbs

10 Pistols 

20 double unders

Post rounds/reps to beyond the whiteboard.
