Speed:

13 minute AMRAP, in teams of 3-5:

Low bar sled push, 20 yards, +45/25lbs

High bar sled push, 20 yards, +45/25lbs

* each athlete does one full down and back per go

WOD:

5 rounds for time: 

10 American Kettle bell swings, 1.5/ 1 pood

10 Burpees his jump overs, 24/20 inches
