Strength:

 Back squat, 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

In teams of two, accumulate as many reps/calories as possible in 16 minutes alternating every 2 minutes:

4  burpees

8 alternating dumbbell snatches, 50/35lbs

Post loads and team’s total reps/cals to beyond the whiteboard.
