Strongman:

In 12 minutes move as much weight as possible in teams of 3-5 via strongman sandbags, bear hug only. 40y at a time. Do the math, it will be impressive. 

WOD:

5 rounds for time: 

50 Double unders

10 Hang power clean, 135/95lbs

Post total weight moved, (f x d) and time to beyond the whiteboard.
