Strength:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, perform 5 Cleans, (squat preferred, use whatever is available)

WOD:

AMRAP in 14 minutes:

5 single arm snatches ~50/35lbs

7 single arm overhead squats ~50/35lbs

9 Russian twists, ~50/35lbs

5 single arm snatches ~50/35lbs

7 single arm overhead squats ~50/35lbs

9 Russian twists, ~50/35lbs

-use whatever apparatus available, {ie, kB, dB, pack etc.}
