WOD 1:
“Tail Pipe”
In teams of 2, one athlete rows 250m while the other holds 1.5/1 pood kettlebells in the front rack. Athletes switch after the 250m, athletes must pause rowing if bells are dropped. Both athletes do 3 rounds each.
WOD 2:
“G.I. Jane”
150 burpee pull-ups for time
* strict 12 minute cap, men on high bars/women on low bars
