Strength:

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes*:

1 Hang squat clean+1 squat clean+1 front squat

*progressively load the bar, go as heavy as possible

WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

13 Medball slams, 50/40 lbs

5 Burpee box jump overs , 30/24inches

Post loads and total rounds and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
