Speed:
400m run x3, 2 min rest between attempts

WOD:
In teams of 2 with one athlete working at a time, complete the folloing for time:
100 burpee box Jumps
10 rope climbs
100 Deadlifts 225/155lbs (scale appropriately)
800m (together)
