3 push press EMOTM for 12 minutes @60% of 1 rep max

WOD:
In teams of two with one athlete working at a time complete the following for time, and then start over and complete as many extra reps as possible):
25 pullups
100 WallBall
100 grappling shoot throughs
200 double Unders
25 pullups
