Speed/Conditioning:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

20y low bar sled push, 150/105lbs

Or

2000m row/ski; 1600m run

WOD:

4 three minute AMRAPs, with one minute of rest between rounds:

10 Alternating lateral push offs, 20/18inches

5 burpees

10 Russian twists, 20/14lbs

Post rounds and reps to beyond the whiteboard.

20 dumbbell hang squat cleans, 50’s/35’s

15 pull-ups

8 Medball slams, 50/40lbs
