2 burpees +1 chest level stone load, AHAP

WOD:

10 rounds for time:

3 shoulder to overhead, 135/95lbs

6 pistols

9 abmat sit-ups

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 double dumbbell power cleans, 50’s/35’s

7 box jumps, 30/24 inches

9 machine calories

21-15-9 reps for time:

Back squats, 185/125lbs
