1 Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squat, 65% 1RM Every 1 min for 10 mins.

WOD:

For 4 cycles:

AMRAP in 3 mins of:

3 Burpee Over Dumbbell

6 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

9 AbMat Sit-ups Rest 1 min between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP
