15 thrusters, 96/65lbs

Strongman:

Amrap in 12 minutes, In teams of 3-5:

3 sandbag cleans, AHAP

25y sandbag carry, AHAP

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

10 dumbbell box step overs, 50’s/35’s

Handstand walk 25ft, (or 20 shoulder taps)

20 double unders
