Partner WOD:

“Tailpipe”

Partner holds 2 Kettlebells(1.5,2) in the front rack position

You may not start rowing until your partner has established the rack position. If your partner drops the KBs before row is complete, you must discontinue rowing until the static hold is reestablished.

WOD:

10-20-30-20-10 reps for time:

Alternating dumbbell snatch, 50/35lbs

Box jump over, 24/20 inches

Post times to beyond the whiteboard.

Shoulder press, 5-5-5

Push press, 5-5-5-

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

50 double unders

25 American KB swings, 1.5/1 pood

15 handstand push ups
