WOD 9.25.13

Speed:
In teams of no more than 3, perform 100 yards of prowler pushes per athlete. Teams can break it up anyway they decide. Time is called when last athlete finishes their 100. Prowler weight is 225/155lbs

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
3 strict pull-ups
6 WallBall 20/14lbs
9 sit-ups
