Strength:
Clean and Jerk, 2 reps, EMOTM at 60% of 1 RM for 10 minutes

WOD:
Head 2 Head
5 rounds of:
Atlas Stone Cleans, 5 reps*
2 Suicide drills, (4 cones, 5 yards apart)

*Use heaviest stone possible, coach’s discretion. Sub 7 medball slams where appropriate.
