**Athlete #1 will perform SDHP for as many reps as can be accumulated while Athlete #2 will shoulder carry SlamBall and run 4 laps around established course/perimeter –
Upon completion of 4 laps teammates will trade places/movements.
Every minute on the minute will mark the need for Burpees x3 by all Athletes.
*NOTE: Ball cannot touch the ground at any time other than when Burpees are being performed. There will be a x5 Burpee penalty assessed for each drop-
Penalty will be performed immediately at the end of the WOD by penalized team/teams.
***Team Score is measured by total number of SDHP performed.
