Strength:
Clean and Jerk, 2-2-2-2-2

WOD:
Crossfit Dodgeball:
Black:Burpee
Red:Air Squat
Yellow/Purple:Hand Release Push up
Blue:Box Jump
Orange:Sit-up
Green:Pull-ups

Perform 15 of each movement when hit.
*classes less than 4 athletes will perform deck of cards with the same movements
