Speed:
100m sprints, 7 per athlete, one minute recovery

WOD:
Tabata:
Double unders
KB swings, 1.5/1 pood
Sledge hammer strikes
Toes 2 Bar

Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. 8 work intervals are to be completed of each movement before moving to the next. There is no extra rest between movements.
