WOD 5.06.12

5 Minute Running Clock – Athlete will perform each of following movements for 1 minute – 5 total movements: Jumping Jacks- Lat Lunge- AirSquat-Mt. Climber-Hollow Rock

BuyIn/CashOut:

Slam Ball Shuttle – Athlete will move 5 slam balls from one end to other as fast as possible – begin at empty end – sprint to ball area – grab ball – sprint back with ball and drop at start – repeat until last ball is dropped

PullUp x7
Grappling Shoot Thru /PushUp Complex x7
