Shoulder Press

WOD:
In teams of 2, alternating minutes for 10 minutes:
Perform 30 kettlebell swings, (Russian)*
Advanced: 2 pood
Intermediate: 1.5 pood
Novice: 1 pood

*failure to complete the 30 swings in any minute results in a penalty

Penalty = 1000m row, 150 DU’s or 800m run
