*Movements:
-KB SDHP (1/1.5p)
-SlamBall Carry/Run (40/50)
-Burpee OTM
**Athlete #1 will perform SDHP for as many reps as possible – Athlete #2 will shoulder carry SlamBall and run 5 laps around box perimeter – Upon completion of 5 laps teammates will trade places/movements. Every minute on the minute will mark the need for Burpees x5 by all Athletes. NOTE: Ball cannot touch the ground at any time other than when Burpees are being performed. There will be a x5 Burpee penalty assessed for each drop-Penalty will be performed immediately at the end of the WOD.
***Team Score is measured by total number of SDHP performed.
