Classes at 8am, 10am and noon!

“12 Days of Christmas”

Perform this WOD just like the song, progressing through the movements but always working your way back to the beginning, (ie. on “day” 3, perform 3 medball slams 2 pistols and then 1 burpee).
For time:

1 thruster 135/95 lbs

2 pistols (1 each leg)

3 medball slams 50/40lbs

4 pull-ups

5 ring dips

6 sit-ups

7 burpees

8 American KB swings 1.5/1 pood

9 candlesticks

10 lateral hops, bar over

11 air squats

12 squat cleans 135/95lbs
