Strongman:

In teams of 3-5, carry as much weight as far as possible in 12 minutes:

Farmers carry, AHAP

*3 person team with most weight moved from each class, (coach verified) receive 1 food or beverage for each athlete

WOD:

5 rounds for time:

20 American kettlebell swings, 2/1.5 pood

10 Elevated feet ring row

20 Russian twists, 20/14lbs

Post weight moved and times to beyond the whiteboard.
