Strength:

Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
5 Hang Squat Snatches, 95/65 lbs
10 AbMat Sit-ups
30 Double Unders
