WOD 12.07.19

Strongman Conditioning:

In teams of 3 or 4, one athlete working at a time;

AMRAP in 13 minutes:*

4 over the shoulder Dball cleans, AHAP

4 cone suicide drill

*continuous work; once the clock starts, athletes accumulate as many rounds as possible

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

5 strict chin ups, (supine grip)

10 Split jumps

20 Russian twists, 20/14lbs

Post rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
