WOD 11.17.16

Strength:

With 12 minutes for each movement:

Overhead squat, 3-3-3 (use loading sets as needed within the 12 minute cap)

Snatch, 2-2-2

WOD:

100 medball slams, 50/40lbs for time*

*start with 10 grappling shoot throughs and continue to do 10 at the top of every minute until all reps are complete 

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.
