Strength:

Level 1 and 2: banded strict pullups, 5-5-5-5 (use most difficult band possible, control descent)

Level 3: weighted pullup, 5-5-5-5

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

50 double unders

7 ring muscle ups (scale to bar or jumping)

10 hang Power cleans, 135/95lbs
