Strength:

With 12 minutes for each movement:

Overhead squat, 5-5-5 (use loading sets as needed within the 12 minute cap)

Snatch, 3-3-3

WOD:

Amrap in 12 minutes:

5 Candle stick box jumps, 24/20 inches

7 push-ups 

9 wall ball, 20/14lbs

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
