Ground to overhead

WOD:
Back squat:
5-5-5

And then:

Ground to overhead
Guys: 4000lbs
Girls: 3000lbs

Use any method of lifting, ie snatch or clean and jerk to accomplish weight. Set a weight that allows the total to be accomplished as quickly and safely as possible.
