Conditioning:

In teams of 2, 1 athlete accumaulateing calories, 1 athlete holding:

200 machine calories

Dball/sandbag/stone front rack hold, 150/100lbs

*implement must be i. The front rack for partner to row/bike/ski/run

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

10 handstand push-ups

20 lateral push offs, 20/16 inches

30 Abmat sit-ups

Post loads and rounds/reps to beyond the whiteboard.
