Front squat, 5-5-5

WOD:

Ascending by 2 reps of each movement, each round, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:

Dumbbell snatch, 70/50/35lbs

Burpee lateral box jump overs, 24/20 inches

Post loads and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
