Strength:

Turkish getup, 4-4-4-4-4, (2 each arm)

WOD:

4 three minute AMRAPs, with one minute of rest between:

5 burpees

10 split jumps, (jumping lunges)

5 lateral cone touches, 4 yards

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
