Black:burpee
Red: air squat
Orange: push-up
Yellow: ring row
Blue: ghd back extension
Purple: hollow rock
Green: abmat sit-ups

Speed:
800m run x3, 2 minutes rest between

WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

10 Power snatches, 95/65 lbs
10 Candle sticks
10 Pistols

Post 800 times and rounds/reps to beyond the whiteboard.
