25y Low bar sled push, +45/30 lbs

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 medball slams, 50/40lbs
7 box jumps, 30/24 inches
1 rope climb*, rafters

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.

*Rope climbs beginning before time may be completed.
