Skill:
Handstand pushup
Kipping pullup

Strength:
Work either handstands, free standing or kick up to wall for 10 minutes
Work kipping pullups or toes 2 bar for 10 minutes

WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 HSPU’s
10 pullups
15 lateral hops
