Strength:

Stationary back rack lunge, 16-16-16-16, (8 each leg)

WOD:

4 rounds, in teams of 2, accumulate as many calories and reps as possible. Switch stations every 2 minutes:

Machine calories, (bike, ski or row)

5 hang power cleans, 135/95lbs

10 butterfly situps

5 box jumps, 30/24 inches
