WOD 09.07.19

Strength:

Turkish getup +2 windmills, 1-1-1-1-1, (windmills are performed at the top of the getup before returning to the start position; one complex each arm)

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

5 Ring dips

10 alternating dumbbell snatches, 70/50/35 lbs

15 air squats

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
