AMRAP in 12 minutes, in teams of 3-5:
25y sled push, +90/55lbs
Three 5 minute amraps with 1 minute rest in between*:
5 box jumps, 30/24 inches (jump higher than your comfort zone…I’m sure there is a message in there somewhere)
7 medball slams, 50/40
9 butterfly sit-ups
*the goal is perfect reps at all he highest intensity you can maintain while doing so, stand up the box jumps, slam the medball slams and sit all the way up. Start from the top each time and try to beat your precious round. Get it Tribe, I miss the fuck out of you)
