Team conditioning:

200 machine cals, (one athlete working at a time, 10 cal max before switching)

WOD:

Fight Gone Bad style, 3 rounds for reps with 1 minute of rest between rounds.

Russian swings, 2/1.5 pood

Sledge hammer strikes

Elevated feet ring row

Wallball, 20/14 lbs

Post times and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
