WOD 07.26.17

Strength:

12 minute AMRAP, in teams of 3-5:

25y sand bag carry, asap (hug rack only)

WOD:

3 four minute rounds with 1 minute rest between, accumulate as many reps as possible, starting from the rope each round:

5 Box jump overs, 24/20 inches ( clear the box, or find and obsstacke you can clear)

10 push-ups

15 wallballs, 30/20/14 lbs

Post loads and totally rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
