Beent over one arm dumbbell row, (no support) 20-20-20-20-20, (10 each arm)

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

10 machine cals

10 push-ups

20 uneven medball squats, 50/40lbs (boom box rack)

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
