Mobility and movement review

In teams of 2, alternating stations every two minutes, accumulate as many reps calories as possible in 3 rounds of each; 3 minute rest between WOD’s.

WOD 1:
Assault bike(cals)

&

7 medball slams 50/40lbs

14 abmat sit-ups 

WOD 2:

Row, (cals)

&

3 handstand push-ups 

9 deadlifts, 225/155lbs

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
