WOD 07.01.18

Strength:

In Teams of 2-3, cover as much distance as possible in 12 minutes:

Farmers carry, AHAP

*team that moves the most weight, the most distance gets from each class gets their choice of drink or food on the box. Must be verified by coach Phil.

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

60 double unders

30 single arm dumbbell hang clean and jerks, 50/35lbs , (alternate as needed)

Optional midline:

100 weighted situps, 50/40lbs

Post distance and time to beyond the whiteboard.
